[hsflinux] n400 exceeded

Hello,

I've bought 3 licenses from Linuxant for HSF modems and all have the
same problem. The connection lasts seldom longer than 10-15 minutes.
Even when running a ping in background, as suggested in the FAQ.

Debugging information follows.
