Hi,

we are aware of this problem with the HSF driver and we will contact you
back when a fix will be available.

In the meantime, before you change the frequency of your CPU, please
disconnect and run the 'hsfstop' command in a root shell. Then, change
the frequency of your CPU and establish the connection again.
