[hsflinux] Modem on Acer Aspire 3023WLMi

the device with PCI ID 1002:4378 is an ATI AC97 bus to which a modem is 
connected and it is possible that this modem is manufactured by Conexant.

Support for this bus is not available with the latest version of the HSF 
modem driver ( but it will likely be added in a future 
release. A patch to add support for this bus named 
'hsf-' was just added to the patch page at:


You could try this patch, it's quite possible that it will fix the problem.
