[hsflinux] Driver for CX11252-41Z

Hi,

the CX11252-41Z seems to be a Conexant HSF chipset which is probably 
already supported by the HSF driver.

While a modem using that chipset is in your machine, please send at 
support at linuxant.com the output of 'dumpdiag'. Type the following in a 
root shell:

---
hsfconfig --dumpdiag
---

Just send us the generated file located in /tmp ('hsfdiag.txt').
It'll help us solve the problem.
