[hsflinux] NO CARRIER message when dialling with kppp or wvdial

Hi,

did you do any software upgrades just before the driver was no longer
correctly working? Did you tried to use the modem using another OS just
to make it's not a hardware problem?

The 'NO CARRIER' problem can be related to IRQ sometimes and we can see
the following message in your 'dmesg':

---
PCI: If a device doesn't work, try "pci=routeirq".  If it helps, post a
report
---

Did you tried to boot with the 'pci=routeirq' kernel boot parameter as
suggested by the message to see if there is a difference?
