[hsflinux] Does hsf driver work on AMD machines?

Hi,

yes, it's written in the README file that you need a "Pentium processor 
with the MMX enhancements" to use the driver. However, it would probably 
more precise to say that it requires a x86 compatible processor with MMX 
instructions. AMD x86 and x86_64 processors should work just fine with 
the driver.

This is probably a typical carrier detection issue, please make sure 
that the right country is selected with the 'hsfconfig --country' 
command in a root shell. You could also try with the 'AT &F X1' init. 
string as well. If you are behind a PBX or similar equipment, please 
also try without to see if there is a difference.

If it still doesn't work, please send to support at linuxant.com the output 
of 'dumpdiag'. Type the following in a root shell:

---
hsfconfig --dumpdiag
---

Just send us the generated file located in /tmp ('hsfdiag.txt').
It'll help us solve the problem.
