[hsflinux] System freezes on dell 6400 with debian

i try all of this, but it not help
i use latest driver from u site  hsfmodem_7.68.00.04full_i386.deb.zip
+ full version from dell site for debian
hsfmodem_7.60.00.06oem_i386.deb , no effect :\
