[hsflinux] disabling internal modem

Hi,

you do not have to disable anything at all to be able to use your USB 
modem, the driver can drive more than one modem at a time without any 
problems.

The 'touch /etc/.hsfmodem-hda-disable' feature was designed for users 
with a non-HDA modem but with a HDA sound device and that the 
replacement HDA modules provided by the HSF did have a negative impact 
on the sound device.
