[hsflinux] driver installs and works correctly except it doesn't dial

Hi,

for that kind of problem, it is important to make sure that the right
country was selected with the 'sudo hsfconfig --country' command in a
shell. With HDA modems, you can also test the (HDA) sound on your
system, a problem with the sound could be related to the HDA bus and
could also negatively impact the modem as well. When such a problem
occurs, hints are generally left in your 'dmesg' to let the user
manually fix the problem.

If this information is not enough, sending a dump file generated by
'sudo hfsfconfig --dumpdiag' to support at linuxant.com will help us
analyze the problem in more details.
