[riptide] Modem Driver help

Hi,

please visit the "Identifying your modem" page. Then, go to the proper
download page and follow the links for your Linux distribution and kernel.

If you have a Riptide modem with an HCF chipset, you will need both the
Riptide driver and the HCF driver. The Riptide driver modules have to be
loaded first to initialize your card.
