[driverloader] GPL driverloader-like project

we were expecting our DriverLoader concept to be cloned one day or
another (as it happens with all good ideas) but I think that the quality
and scope of our implementation speaks for itself. Plus, we definitely intend
to stay ahead in terms of stability, compatibility and features.
