[driverloader] wlan-ng and pcmcia for my PCI USR card

It looks like they weren't, because even after loading the pcmcia RPM I
still had no signal and no address.

Then I went and got a temp license *blush* :-)

I still have to ensure that addressing and routing will be set at boot
time, but now I'm talking and happy!  Thanks to all, and especially to
support, for the help.
