[hcflinux] drivers not work on boot

It would help if you mentioned which distribution/kernel version you
use, and what kernel messages if any are present in the system log
(check /var/log/messages or run "dmesg" directly).

Did you try re-running hcfpciconfig or reinstalling the driver?
