[hcflinux] Conexant hcf modem and Mandrak 9

I have a modem Conexant HCF.-

I decided to I updated the kernel of Mandrake 9 to version 2.4.19-24.

With the old kernel version the modem worked ok (2.4.19-16).

I've tried to install the generic version of the drive but when I compile with hcfpciconfig the program gives me a kernell error.

How can I do to conect to internet thru Linux?
