Ooops!  That's bad.  No IRQ or port no. so not even worth going on with 
minicom or internet connection wizard.   O.K. so do the following:

enter "lspci -v" on the command line.  Look for your hcf modem listed 
there.  From here you sould see for the modem parameters for port and 
interrupt.  i.e. you should see something like:
(if your curious can also look in the proc directory - /proc/pci.  Also 
Redhat must have some kind of general hardware configuration utility. )
....

Communications controller:
Vender id =11c1 Device id=480
... IRQ 11 .... 
Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xe4000000

... for example
then you can use setserial to set the resources for the modem:

setserial /dev/ttySHCF0 uart 16550A port 0x6400 irq 11

Also look at Redhat linuxconfig(?)  It may already have some easier 
user-friendly way of doing the same thing.
