[hsflinux] Inspiron 8200 negotiation problem -- FIXED

Well, I fixed it, but I wish I could use APM :) My laptop doesn't like
ACPI in Linux yet..

Basically, I turned off APM and enabled ACPI, with the 0617 patch.
Negotiates and works fine now..

Why can't it work with APM? I can't suspend my laptop now :o
