Hi,

the issue with the '/dev/modem' device removal after a reboot on
Mandrakelinux 10.1 was fixed in a recent version of the HSF driver. We
have improved 'udev' support which fixed the problem.

For this new problem, we will need a complete 'dumpdiag' in order to
tell you the exact source of the problem since there are many possible
causes for this problem. Could you send at support at linuxant.com the
output of 'dumpdiag' please? Type the following in a root shell:

---
hsfconfig --dumpdiag
---

Just send us the generated file located in /tmp ('hsfdiag.txt').
It'll help us solve the problem.

Regards,
