Hi,

the use of the 'hsfstop' command in a workaround for the suspend issue 
you have. As I have mentioned in a previous post, Linuxant is working on 
improving suspend support for future version of the HSF driver.

The 'hsfstop' command will unload the HSF modem driver modules, this is 
the intended behavior. To better integrate the workaround to your 
system, you could check the '/usr/sbin/hsfstop' shell script to see the 
commands used to unload the driver from the kernel.
