Hi,

the generic TAR package of the driver can be downloaded on this page:

http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hsf/full/downloads.php

Compiling the driver on your system instead of using a pre-compiled 
package is unlikely solve the issue but you could try it if you believe 
it is the problem.

Version 7.18.xx.xx of the driver is unlikely to work on the 2.6.15 
kernel. We plan to release soon a new version of the driver and this new 
version is likely to have updated modulation code, it could perhaps 
solve the issue you have reported.
