Hi,

I just installed Linux on my box I followed the procedure to install the
Riptide drivers unfortunately I cant get the system to play any sound.
However I did find that if I slide the Mic in control volume I get a
scratching sound and able to to talk in my Mic and it plays on the
speakers. but when I try sound recording it doe not seem to work. Could
someone tell me what I should do to get sound on my system. Any help in
this regard would be appreciated a lot.

Thanks,

Bruno Miranda.
