[driverloader] time until 1.7*_k2.4.21_238 for suse

Hi,

DriverLoader 2.00 improves compatibility for all chipsets. It is quite 
possible that this new version will fix the remaining issues you was 
experiencing with DriverLoader 1.70 and up.
