Hi,
I tried a different drivers, this one works fine (at least without preempt,
haven't testet with preemt yet)

I tried with winxp, but it didn't work at all: The AP was found, but I
was unable to connect. The same driver works with Linux :-)

I found this driver on my WinXP Partition, I don't know where to get it
in the web:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 326528 Sep 14 22:44 ar5211.sys
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 20839 Sep 14 22:44 net5211.inf
47bee53740b2246779e6764e14eaad56 ar5211.sys
a1e2ff5f7f227408c3a43d765e59ac9b net5211.inf

This driver works without any problems, now I'm very pleased with my
thinkpad :)
