[driverloader] Bad Link quality with bcm43xx on HP ZD7000 serie

Hi,

the line '#define NETNDIS_OPTIMIZE_QUAL_FOR_KDE' will not improve the
connection speed or the actual link quality, but the link quality that
will be reported by DriverLoader is expected to be read by the KDE
wireless tools.

Are you using the same Windows XP driver under both Linux and Windows?
Do you obtain error messages in your 'dmesg' which could explain the
slow speed?
