Sir,

I am Using 
Fedora Core 4 linux with kernel 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4smp and gcc version
4.0.0(Architecture : i686)
Please help me to install my conexant  soft modem( NSFI, Cx11252-11).

I tried it several times. modprobe.conf, hsfdiag.txt are attached
herewith.
and other tresults from terminal are given below:
