[hsflinux] HSF as a fax answers the phone but doesn't beep

Hi Jonathan,

Whilst I wait for time to dedicate to working out how the AT commands 
are going to help me (by the way, AT &F doesn't work at all).

Could the fact that my modem and video controller both use IRQ11 be the 
problem? And if so, how I can fix it?
